Ellen Deuter is a Legal Counsel with over 12 years of professional experience. She holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Competition Law from MIPLC-Max Planck Institute. In her last position, Ellen was an in-house Senior Legal Counsel at Dexco S.A., where she dealt mainly with Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Contracts, Corporate Law, Competition Law and Intellectual Property. She is currently a Senior IPR Policy Legal Researcher at Ericsson with focus on Standard Essential Patents in the telecommunication industry.
